The program is designed to be both flexible and rigorous, and it can be completed entirely on campus. Students have the freedom to set their own pace for completing the program. The duration of the program varies depending on the pathway that the student selects (Coursework vs Research). The  DBA in Supply Chain Management program emphasizes applied research to enable executives, managers, and practitioners to apply what they learn in real time in their organizations. The curriculum is designed to ensure that students acquire advanced knowledge and expertise in all aspects of business and supply chain management. Coursework focuses on developing research, writing, presentation, critical and analytical thinking, and change management skills.

Upon completing the program, students will be able to apply research methodologies to study business situations and solve business challenges. They will be able to conduct primary and secondary research to understand business challenges and apply a deep understanding of business and supply chain management fundamentals and practices to predict outcomes.
Additionally, students will develop advanced proficiency in business communication, articulating complex ideas, strategies, plans, and tactics in a clear and effective manner. They will also be able to create meaningful reports using data collection, cleaning, interpretation, and visualization. Students will engage in academic and professional research activities that may lead to publications in peer-reviewed journals and develop high-level proficiency in applying robust research methodologies, study design, and study conduct to produce a thesis as part of the requirement for the conferring of the doctorate qualification.

Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in Business and Management
Master’s or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over five years of managerial and/or business experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent recognized academic title in any discipline with over eight years of managerial and/or business experience
